Joseph Galatowitsch, President & Managing Partner

Joseph Galatowitsch

Joe has over 27 years of experience in medical business management, marketing and market development. Joe co-founded Dymedex Consulting and has quickly established Dymedex as the leader in med-tech market development consulting. Joe has personally led or orchestrated over 100 unique medical technology adoption assessments in over 20 different countries. He pioneered and codified the discipline of market development and institutionalized his concepts and methods across all business units at Medtronic. Based on his ground-breaking work, Joe has identified and statistically validated the factors that predict and drive commercial success of medical technologies. Joe also held a number of strategic, marketing, and global leadership roles at 3M, including P&L management within 3M's medical supplies businesses. Joe holds two patents and is the recipient of numerous awards in marketing and market development. He holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from St. Thomas University.

Ross Meisner, Managing Partner

Ross Meisner

Ross has 20 years of experience building high technology companies. He co-founded Dymedex Consulting and has established its reputation as the thought leader for understanding medical market dynamics. He has co-founded and held leadership positions at four other start-ups and two international joint ventures. His experience spans medical technology, management consulting, internet financial services, and the semiconductor industry. For Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management business, Ross built new market development capabilities across the U.S. and international organizations that delivered higher levels of global revenue growth. He taught, implemented, and led dozens of geographic market assessments to reveal untapped growth opportunities without adding resources. In A.T. Kearney's high-technology consulting practice Ross led analyses of client acquisition, divestment, and investment strategies. Ross holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
